Nature-Centered Yoga with Howard Bartle At the Sterling Nature Center
Join us for Nature-Centered Yoga every Thursday at 6 p.m. this summer at the Sterling Nature Center. Led by Howard Bartle in partnership with North Coast Yoga, this 60-minute class offers a serene yoga experience surrounded by the sights and sounds of Lake Ontario.
