The next session will be held in our new studio! The address is 17 West Cayuga St. at the Historic Woodruff Block. The session dates are Feb. 13th through the week of April 16th.

Mondays:  February 13th - April 16th
Yoga mix from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
A new class of Yoga postures and expressive Yoga movement taught by Christy Huynh.

Tuesdays:  February 14th - April 17th
Intermediate class from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Beginning class from 7:15 pm - 8:45 pm*

Wednesdays: February 15th - April 18th
Gentle Yoga class from 9:30 am - 11:00 am*
Yoga for stress relief
from 4:15 pm - 5:45 pm
Beginning class from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Thursdays: February 16th - April 19th
Beginning class from 9:30 am - 11:00 am
Beginning class from 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Intermediate class from 7:15 pm - 8:45 pm

Saturdays: February 18th - April 21st
Yin Yoga for all levels from 10:00 am - 11:30 am
Longer held postures will target joints, connective tissue, and meridians. Class will end with seated meditation. Taught by Frank Abbott.

New Saturday Class: Intro to Vinyasa from 11:45 am - 1:15 pm
Introduction to Vinyasa Yoga, a faster, flowing type of yoga,  for people who have some familiarity with Yoga poses.

 

Per class fee is $15
10 week session fee is $110
Two classes per week fee is $180
Private class is $65 for one hour

Class size is limited so pre-registration is recommended
